The oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor is metabolized by the UGT1A9 and UGT1A1 pathways. It is also a polymorphic compound.<\/p><p>Sorafenib is usually taken twice a day. The dose should be taken on an empty stomach. Usually, it should be taken at least one hour before a high fat meal.
